This retreat is designed to make you come fully alive again and experience yourself with a great feeling of fresh vitality and clarity of mind. As preparation for Kundalini awakening requires your body to be strong and your mind peaceful. They use a range of different secret practices for clearing all Nadis and aligning all major and minor chakras. Kundalini yoga uses sound and mantra practices, focused breathwork, and asana posture to free the Kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. With the cultivation of this energy, awareness, and vitality are awakened and the practitioner may experience heightened states or a “Kundalini awakening”, or the ecstatic and intense free flow of energy up through all seven chakras. This practice is known for being physically quite intense but grounded in a deep sense of spiritual purpose and intention.
The retreat will be held in Palolem Beach, Goa, India. Palolem Beach is largely unspoiled and is inhabited by both local fishermen and by foreign tourists who live in shacks along the shore or in the main village. The location offers an ideal place to explore the stunning beaches, beautiful local villages, and surrounding nature outside of your retreat schedule

All the cottages are fully furnished and attached with western style
toilets, showers, and washbasins. The large double beds have
comfortable mattresses, pillows, blankets, and mosquito nets
ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. All rooms have electric fans,
as the hosts think the fans are best for your cottages, as they let
the natural air circulate. It’s also kinder to the environment as
fans use less power than air conditioning. Also available is a
secure locker and an in-house laundry service. New towels and bedsheets
will be changed according to your wishes.

These two hour taster sessions will introduce you to the technology of Kundalini yoga. You will be introduced to some basic yoga Kriyas, which are gentle movements performed for a few minutes in conjunction with the breath to increase the flow of prana or energy in the body. You will learn how to tune in, followed by some of the basic exercises (performed with the eyes closed) and then some mantra chanting will be performed and the session finishes with a lovely relaxation to calm body and mind.
Each person’s Shamanic Breathwork journey is a highly individualized process and no two are ever the same. Some of the states of consciousness reported range from divine, otherworldly bliss states to the struggle to be released from negative forces in the psyche. Rebirthing is a common occurrence, as is the life review where one relives or observes their lifetime experiences. Old patterns of dysfunction may be brought to the surface. Addictions are sometimes transformed during this process, as feelings such as grief, fear, rage and anxiety are released.
